The seventh day of Astra Film Festival brought to the screen stories that were as harsh as they were deeply human stories projected “beyond the screen,” into realities we often choose to ignore. From immigrant families facing racism and institutional indifference to children turned into tools of propaganda, the films of the day exposed hatred, violence, and injustice, but also the courage of those who dare to resist.
