Cloud9, part of Alfa Group’s real estate division, announces the subcontracting of the structural works for the second phase of the Cloud9 Evolution project. These works will be carried out by Desa Engineering Construction, acting as a specialized subcontractor. The project’s general contractor is Bloom AG, a construction company specialized in large-scale residential and office projects.

The decision marks a strategic step to strengthen control over technical processes and to increase predictability in the delivery of projects in the developer’s portfolio, at a time when the local real estate market is growing.
