Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan met on Tuesday, July 1, at Victoria Palace with a delegation from the Atlantic Council, one of the most well-known strategic analysis organizations in the United States. Vice Prime Minister Cătălin Predoiu and the Head of the Prime Minister’s Chancellery, Mihai Jurca, also attended the discussions.
The Atlantic Council delegation included Frederick Kempe, President and CEO of the Atlantic Council, Alexandru Șerban, Director of Atlantic Council Romania, and Landon Derentz, Senior Director, Global Energy Center.
Discussions focused on topics related to regional security, transatlantic cooperation, strengthening the strategic partnership between Romania and the United States, as well as aspects regarding energy security.
