Distinguished Guests,

Thank you for the invitation extended to me; it is an honor to be here at this very special moment. Today’s event carries a two-fold significance: it is both a moment of sadness for the parting and one of joyful gratitude. Gratitude for the efforts made, the bridges built, and the way you promoted dialogue and cooperation between our countries. We say farewell to you, Your Excellency, at the end of a mandate that was, without a doubt, a remarkable one for our bilateral relations.
