Stadio Hospitality Concepts announces the acquisition of Raionul de Pește group and expands its portfolio to 10 premium locations

Stadio Hospitality Concepts (SHC), one of the most dynamic players in Romania’s hospitality industry, announces the acquisition of a majority stake in the Raionul de Pește group, which operates three restaurants, thus expanding its portfolio to a total of ten premium locations in the capital.

The transaction marks an important step in the group’s development strategy, which now includes the following gastronomic concepts: NOR – Sky Casual Restaurant, Vacamuuu, Stadio Atrium, Stadio Unirii, Stadio Herăstrău, 18Lounge and Cișmigiu Bistro, alongside the three Raionul de Pește locations.
