I had the honor of representing Romania, as Interim President of the Senate, today, May 18, 2025, at the Solemn Mass that marks the inauguration of the pontificate of His Holiness Pope Leo XIV.

In St. Peter’s Square in the Vatican, I experienced moments of deep spirituality.
